The Rivulet And The Drain

A Rivulet moved through much beauty and joined a stream. The two in combination flowed through worse conditions and eventually became a Foul Drain. Phew! Keeping bad company can have fatal effects.

The Oak And The River

A River complained about its course but an Oak pointed out that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The River thought better after. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

The Two Springs

Two Springs split. The stronger chided the weaker but the weaker went to a meadow and collected more water. Eventually the stronger had to join too. Sometimes joining forces is for the best.

The Ant and The Dove

A dove about to be caught in a tree was scared away because an ant, seeing the problem, stung the bird catcher who then yelled. Return favors given to you.

The Rivers and The Sea

Three Rivers started to accuse the Sea of turning their water salty and unfit. The Sea cut them off saying all they had to do was stop flowing. Hah! Do not blame others.
